DESCRIPCIOUN

What is meant to be will be. I will make it so.
Living alone in the woods far from the reaches of civilisation, Felusi moves day in and out collecting artifacts and relics of an ancient cult, for which they have an interest and dedication bordering on romantic.

Felusi is, on the surface, hospitable and helpful, and is easily infatuated with macabre subjects. Secretive and eccentric, they appear outwardly as strange but otherwise harmless, especially considering how frequently they lend their magic and knowledge to those in need (for an unknown price). However, under this, they are manipulative and somewhat arrogant. At present, this seemingly ancient witch is the leader of the Night's Hand, and its oldest surviving member.

HISTORIE

Nobody knows where Felusi is from or how old they are, and any attempt to garner information on the matter is deftly avoided. To those who know them, Felusi may as well be ageless.
Being the oldest and leading member of the mysterious Night's Hand faction, Felusi does their best to maintain traditional beliefs and practices, and they act as a relic of the time before the faction's initial collapse.
Mistrust from outsiders as well as the nature of their craft has lead others to sequester them into the far woodland, though some brave and foolish adventurers ignore the warning signs to turn back, and are rarely ever heard from again...

Port: Former member of Night's Hand. As far as Felusi is concerned, Port must pay penance for his abandonment and Felusi intends to carry it out.
Rat: Amuses Felusi well enough. She trusts him as an errand boy and contact for the Night's Hand, a "purveyor of goods" when the faction calls for it. Needless to say, Felusi has him by the tail.
